We offer exciting workshops in traditional West African and Brazilian rhythm and song, delivered with cultural background information, images and DVD footage that bring to life cultures from other parts of the world. Children need no previous musical experience to play, all instruments are authentic and provided, and we can work on one-off visits, or to develop longer term projects/performances. As well as the musical skills, participants develop teamwork, listening and performance skills, and enjoy a chance to make music outside their everyday experience.
